There is an option to make the advance payment directly through our website using credit, debit, and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.

Transaction Security

All payments made through our website using cards are processed through the “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank and utilize TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer-SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.

Settlement

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit or debit cards. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and cash are accepted as payment methods for renting or purchasing additional products. UNIONPAY is not accepted. The guarantee amount must be paid with a valid credit card. All cards must be in the name of the renter. The guarantee amount will be pre-authorized on the credit card, while the estimated rental cost will be charged at the time of pickup. The pre-authorized guarantee amount on the credit card will be released by the cardholder’s bank upon notification after the vehicle is returned.

In the event of returning the vehicle before the agreed rental period expires, the rental company reserves the right to withhold 50% of the amount corresponding to the days the vehicle has been returned
